   We take pride in offering menus which are carefully designed to please any group.  Whether you choose Lombardi’s famous barbecue or Hooker’s famous salads, our reputation for generous portions & outstanding service comes along with us! Lombardi’s Barbecue’s Mesquite Fired Meats, Seafood, and Vegetables are favorite choices of clients when planning anything from picnics to weddings.  Speaking of crowd pleasers, you can’t go wrong with some of our signature favorites! Barbecued Tri Tip grilled on our own mesquite grills & Hooker’s Asiago Pasta Salad is made daily in our kitchen, making Lombardi’s Catering the right choice!

Spring mix with dried cranberries, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese
 and a raspberry vinaigrette

Hooker's Red Potato Salad
This salad starts with red potatoes tossed with homemade bacon bits.
We add just a little green onion for taste, then toss the whole thing
with a homemade ranch dressing and some table ground black pepper.
This salad is also very good warmed up!

Hooker's Asiago Pasta Salad
Made with only the finest ingredients, starting with Italian
durum wheat semolina pasta and fresh grated mild Asiago cheese.
Virgin olive oil, dill weed, black olives, Spanish olives and red onions.
All tossed in a homemade ranch style dressing.
The salad goes very well with wine!

Hooker's Italian Feta Pasta Salad
This is a nice light summertime salad starting with Rotini pasta
dressed with crumbled feta cheese and Italian dressing
(Italian seasonings, oil, water and vinegar) California black olives,
red and yellow bell peppers and green onions!
