Do you provide tasting?
Yes, we schedule the tasting according to your needs.
Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 20% is required to reserve the date of your event.
When is the final count due?
The final count and payment is due 7 days before the event.
Do you have vegetarian/vegan meals?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary needs. Just ask!
Do you provide alcohol?
Yes we can provide you a full service bar.
Do you charge a “corkage fee” or “cake cutting fee”?
No, absolutely not!
How many servers do I need?
The number of servers influences the level of service to your guests. We recommend 1 server per 25 guests for buffet and 1 server per 15 guests for a platted service. The more servers, the more efficient the service. For example, if a customer orders a buffet for 100 people, we would send 4 servers minimum.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, of course you can pick up your order.
Can you provide tables, chairs and table linens?
Yes, we can provide all of your rentals.
Can You Recommend A Venue For Our Event?
Yes, we can suggest venues throughout the Bay Area.
What equipment do you supply for a buffet?
When a buffet menu is ordered we will provide disposable plates, disposable napkins,disposable utensils, metal chaffing pans, metal serving bowls and platters and metal serving spoons and tongs.
I’m not crazy about buffet style service, why do you recommend it?
Despite the fact that this is a higher end menu package, BBQ food is best served in a relaxed and casual format. We want your guests to customize what they want on their own plate. If you are concerned about wait times please don’t be. We don’t want your guests waiting in line either, that’s why we structure buffets to move guests quickly and efficiently. And let’s not forget, buffet service also allows your guests to enjoy seconds!
NUT, DAIRY, GLUTEN, OTHER FOOD ALLERGY AND SPECIAL DIET
Lombardi’s Catering cannot guarantee full omission of all ingredients we use in our kitchen. Our catering kitchen is an open plan facility and allergens such as nuts and gluten are present, so there is always the possibility of cross contamination even when taking every possible precaution. Lombardi’s will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items an individual may come in contact with, at any event catered by Lombardi’s Catering. Our staff & chefs are not trained on dietary allergy or intolerance and if you have a severe allergy, we cannot be expected to provide accurate information or recommendation.
